On these pages are some free resources, links to services and other pathways for support and education. I have designed strength activities to use with only a pen or pencil and a piece of paper - and some without even needing these. These processes invite you to identify your strengths. We all have innate strengths we can rely on. Knowing your strengths, can help one have a compass to a starting point to do whatever it is you have identified you choose to do.
It is natural in our support seeking to find things that resonate with us and some that don’t. Some that work for a little while, some for a long time. Some, not at all.
On using these pages, I wish for you ease, love for yourself and an understanding that you are not to blame for being subjected to violence.
